The brief for this reno emphasised the outdoor living areas and their integration with the house. The large living and dining area opens out to a covered outdoor dining that is elevated above the lap pool and expansive deck. Careful rethinking of the internal planning was required to allow this house to evolve with the owners, as they entered a new stage of life. Space for working from home, family gatherings and grand-kids.
